Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Executive/Manager role is based in Raipur and focuses on driving business growth in the steel and PEB construction segment. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads,



building relationships with industrial and commercial clients, and promoting company solutions for factories and warehouses. The Sales Executive/Manager will conduct client meetings, prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project teams to align offerings with client requirements, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role also includes achieving agreed sales targets, participating in customer visits at project sites, and ensuring a professional, solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the sales cycle.
