Phase 1: Pre-Release (Audience Building)
Month 1
Campus Ambassadorship: Spread the word across your campus and class networks to build early momentum.
Team Leadership: Recruit and form your own micro-team of peers to expand your outreach footprint.
Subscriber Drive: Execute grassroots strategies to increase the channel's subscriber base before the major content drops.

Phase 2: During Release (Digital Marketing Strategy)
Month 2
Platform Mastery: Learn the mechanics of marketing YouTube videos effectively in real-time.
SEO & Metadata:



Gain hands-on experience researching and applying high-converting SEO tags, keywords, and hashtags.
Algorithmic Optimization: Analyze audience behaviors to determine the best times to post and maximize initial algorithmic push.

Phase 3: Post-Release (Community & UGC)
Month 3
Community Outreach: Drive engagement campaigns focusing on likes, comments, and shares to boost retention metrics.
Content Creation: Produce User-Generated Content (UGC) promoting the released podcast episodes on your personal Instagram stories and social channels.
Viral Push: Leverage your network to sustain viewership beyond the initial release window.
