Role Description: The Intern EdTech and Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The intern will support the design and delivery of FinTech and financial inclusion training programs, including assisting with course material development, presentation creation, and learning resource organisation.



Daily tasks may include coordinating class schedules, supporting instructors during sessions, handling learner queries, and gathering feedback to improve course quality. The intern will help maintain learning platforms and tools, ensure training content is up to date, and contribute to digital assets such as slide decks, worksheets, and basic online content. Collaboration with the training and operations teams is expected to ensure smooth program execution and a positive learning experience for participants.

Qualifications
Strong interest in education technology, training, and FinTech, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
Competence in basic content creation and editing (e.g., slides, documents, learning materials) and attention to detail in formatting and presentation.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for online learning, webinars, and content management.
