Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js / Python / Django / Wagtail)

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure while collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team.
The ideal candidate is multilingual in technology stacks, comfortable switching between responsibilities, and capable of owning features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain contemporary web applications using React and Next.js
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and Wagtail
Build and manage CMS-driven platforms and custom content workflows
Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases and related data workflows
Work on deployment pipelines, server management, and DevOps-related tasks
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver features efficiently
Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing,



and performance optimization
Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Work with Git-based workflows and version control best practices
Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making when required

Required Skills

Frontend
Strong experience with:

React

SSR/SSG concepts
Responsive UI development
Performance optimization

Backend
Strong proficiency in:

Python
Django
Django REST Framework
Wagtail
Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems
Ability to customize and extend CMS functionality using Wagtail
Understanding of authentication, permissions, and API security

Database & Infrastructure:

Solid experience with SQL databases and database management
Ability to write optimized queries and manage schema changes
