Job Description
JOB TITLE: Sr. Technical Service Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
As Sr. Technical Service Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for handling the Medical Equipment Service activities in the designated geographical area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To maintain Customer Service Levels as per Company Policy
All equipment Installation and complaint resolution -Urgent complaint with 48 hours
Preventive Maintenance-All Equipment (Effectiveness – Machine Up time at 95%)
Gathering knowledge of the market for Service and revenue Generation (Achievement of Target)
Implementing Timely Field Actions and any necessary upgrades and recording them.
Daily activity management for the distributor resources for tech service
Coordination with Sales and clinical counterparts for better management of day today activity and setting the priority.
Consolidation and continuous monthly update on complaint /Installation/Field action/Service contracts.
MIS (On-time submission of reports & Documentation)
Responsible for implementing yearly service strategy with in the defined territory and key accounts management.
