Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for a Sales Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outbound calls and meetings, and presenting VAJRA DIGITAL’s services to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations,



coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and following up consistently to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring market trends and competitors, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive will also nurture long-term client relationships, support renewal and upsell opportunities, and represent the company at client meetings, events, or local networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B or B2C sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain digital solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools, along with basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
