Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, patient, and highly skilled Soft Skills / Etiquette Trainer to prepare experienced nurses for the professional and cultural expectations of global hospitals. While our nurses bring strong clinical expertise, many have had limited exposure to structured professional etiquette, workplace courtesy norms, and the interpersonal polish expected in UK/US healthcare settings — and many also have below-average English communication skills and a Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) that affects their confidence. This role requires a trainer who can teach the fundamentals of professional conduct and etiquette from the ground up,



with a outstanding deal of patience, empathy, and encouragement, without ever making learners feel judged or inadequate.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver soft skills and etiquette training covering workplace courtesy, professional conduct, grooming and presentation, telephone and email etiquette, dining etiquette, and cross-cultural workplace norms.
Teach the fundamentals of skilled behavior from the basics upward — greetings, body language, active listening, punctuality, hierarchy and teamwork norms — assuming no prior exposure and building up systematically.
Train nurses on patient interaction etiquette, bedside manner, handling difficult conversations, and communicating with empathy and professionalism in clinical settings.
Coach on cross-cultural awareness and workplace expectations specific to UK (NHS/NMC) and US hospital environments, including hierarchy, directness, small talk, and
