Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Kerala, India. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, create detailed layouts, and prepare presentations and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes,



coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction drawings in alignment with project requirements and budgets. The role involves collaborating with architects, project managers, and site teams, conducting site visits for measurements and supervision, and ensuring design intent is maintained through to execution and client handover. The Interior Designer will also interact with clients to understand needs, refine design proposals, and support timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and design detailing.
Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience.
Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interiors and built environment coordination.
Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for site execution.
