Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and organised junior professional to support day-to-day general administration. The role suits someone who enjoys coordination, process discipline, vendor follow-up, documentation and solving practical workplace issues with speed and ownership.

Key Responsibility Areas
1. Facilities and premises: Coordinate day-to-day upkeep, preventive maintenance, repairs and operational readiness of offices and related facilities.
2. Housekeeping, security and safety: Monitor housekeeping standards, security deployment, access controls, fire safety, emergency readiness and consumable inventory.
3. Time and attendance: Maintain reliable attendance mechanisms,



reconcile exceptions and coordinate accurate inputs with HR and IT.
4. IT and software services: Track hardware, software licences and user support; conduct weekly reviews with the IT team and follow up on open issues.
5. Insurance, leases and compliance: Maintain registers and renewal calendars for leases, property records, insurance, licences, safety documents and statutory requirements.
6. Guest and front-office management: Coordinate appointments, reception, visitor passes, meeting-room readiness, refreshments and professional guest handling.
7. Company-Rented Accommodation: Maintain the required documentation and paperwork for company-rented flats, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure the accommodation is clean, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
8. Food vendor and employee amenities: Monitor food quality, hygiene, pricing, service, employee feedback and periodic menu innovation.
