Role Description The Orthopaedic Doctor will provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on non-surgical treatment approaches. Responsibilities include conducting detailed patient evaluations, reviewing imaging and diagnostic reports, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.



The doctor will collaborate with the clinical team to optimize outcomes using ANSSI’s spinal decompression protocols and ensure accurate documentation of care. This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular presence at the center during designated clinical hours and participation in follow-up reviews, patient education, and care quality initiatives.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in clinical Medicine with the ability to assess and manage musculoskeletal and spinal conditions.
Specialized knowledge of Spine care, including evaluation of spinal disorders and familiarity with non-surgical treatment modalities.
Training or experience in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery, with the ability to determine when surgical referral is indicated.
Competence in Surgery-related decision-making, including pre- and post-operative considerations and risk-benefit assessment for patients.
Valid medical degree
