Job Overview
We are seeking a statistician with robust experience in Medical Affairs (MAF) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, including practical application of the Estimands framework. The candidate should be proficient in SAS and/or R programming and possess a solid understanding of CDISC standards (ADaM and SDTM). The position is intended for a candidate based in China, and experience with AI tools or AI-driven methodologies would be an added advantage.

The candidate should have the ability to efficiently perform quality control of a large volume of statistical outputs, ensuring consistently high standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Must have: Oncology experience, CDISC standards experience, QC from STDM data, Haematological malignancies experience (i.e., multiple myeloma, leukaemia, lymphoma, liquid tumor ) and strong communication skills
Nice to have: lead study statistician in a cross-functional team,

Essential Functions
• Production of High-Quality Deliverables: Completes and reviews more complex assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy. Conducts all appropriate validation requirements, according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for each task undertaken. Checks programming logs for cleanliness and correct processing of data. Inputs into Data Issues log and follows issues to appropriate resolution.
• Leadership: Perform statistical team lead role on single studies. Through this, works closely with the Project Team Lead and supervisor to deliver on time, with high quality and within budget. Build and maintain effective customer relationships, driving statistical discussions, providing support and/or guidance for statistical activities. Demonstrates and promotes efficient communication. If in lead role, runs meetings, documenting where necessary
