Role Description





Our marketing runs through a network of partners — a performance agency, a creative agency, photo and video production vendors, influencer and UGC partners, packaging designers, and an internal content team. Today that orchestration sits entirely with the Senior Manager. This role owns it.

You are the single point of contact between the brand plan and everyone who executes it. This is an execution and orchestration role first — briefing, agency management, creative quality and campaign delivery — not a classical brand management role built around consumer research and portfolio
strategy.

What you will own
1. Agency and vendor management
• Day-to-day owner of the relationship with the performance marketing agency and the inhouse creative team .
• Write and issue briefs; run weekly reviews; hold agencies/ internal teams to timelines, deliverables and scope.
