Job Description
The Project Operations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for Pharmacovigilance (PV) technology consulting, system implementation, and managed services projects.



This role is responsible for coordinating project setup, supporting contract administration, facilitating client onboarding and offboarding, monitoring project documentation and resource utilization, and ensuring project activities are executed in accordance with organizational standards. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and clients to support the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Support contract authoring and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project setup activities, including creating projects in project management and time-tracking systems (e.g., Harvest) and ensuring project information is complete and accurate.
Coordinate client onboarding activities at project initiation and client offboarding upon project completion.
