Role Overview
We are looking for a Specification Manager who can drive solid relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms, while leading specification efforts and influencing project outcomes across the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with top architects, consultants, and MEP firms (DSP, Edifice, M Moser, Space Matrix, etc.)
Drive brand approvals in BOQs / tender documents across key projects
Create and implement a specification strategy for the Mumbai market
Ensure strong liaisoning and relationship management with key stakeholders
Develop and manage project pipelines and dashboards for tracking opportunities
Ensure pipeline visibility, tracking, and conversion from specification to order
Work closely with sales teams to convert BOQ approvals into closures




Drive early-stage engagement to secure preferred/approved vendor positioning
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (360° exposure) from design to execution
Ensure strong cross-functional coordination (sales, design, execution)

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in specification
Proven experience in leading and scaling teams (must-have)
Strong network with top architecture & MEP firms in Mumbai
Demonstrated success in getting brands approved in BOQs
Strong understanding of the commercial project ecosystem
Leadership mindset with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and growth
Ability to create, track, and manage dashboards and project pipelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
