We're hiring a Business Development Intern at Dcomm and Changeforlife.
If you enjoy talking to people, understanding businesses, building relationships, and want to learn how sales actually works, this might be for you.
You'll work directly with the founders on:
• Lead generation & prospect research
• Client outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn
• Sales conversations & requirement understanding
• Follow-ups and pipeline management
• Proposals, pitches & client communication
• Building relationships with potential clients

You don't need prior sales experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, curious, persistent, communicates well, and is willing to learn by doing.
You'll get hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client acquisition, negotiation, CRM, sales psychology,



and how a growing digital agency actually wins business.
