Role Description:
The Production Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and overseeing daily production activities to ensure that output meets quality standards and project timelines. The Production Executive will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor workflows,



and address operational issues as they arise. Responsibilities include aligning production schedules with business requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements to optimize efficiency. The role also requires close attention to quality control, adherence to safety and compliance guidelines, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of book production and print production processes, including page layout, printing, binding, finishing, and packaging.
Understanding of different printing methods, paper types, sizes, binding techniques, lamination, embossing, and other book finishing processes.
Ability to plan and manage end-to-end book production schedules, ensuring timely completion of printing and delivery.
