Must be PG with min 10 yrs. of exp. in administration & coordination within the education sector. Should have a thorough understanding of Govt. educational policies & regulations. Must be below 55 yrs.
The Candidate Shall Have;
A. Thorough Knowledge Of Norms Of Regulatory Bodies Such As UGC / AICTE. Knowledge Of UGC Guidelines For Pay Scale Of Teachers, Cas, Workload Calculation, Appraisals, Service Rules Etc.
B. Deep Understanding Of Research, Assessment Of Quality Of Research
C. Knowledge Of Academic Performance Indicators (API)
D. NAAC Guidelines Etc.
Key Responsibilities
A. Cadre Wise Manpower Planning Of Faculty For Different Academic Programs
B. Preparation Of HR Budget.
