The role requires driving performance, standardizing processes, and fostering continuous improvement across all facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all CFS facilities. Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency. Implement operations KPIs. Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across locations to ensure uniformity and compliance. Identify opportunities for business growth, operational automation, and process optimization.



2. Performance & Profitability Management Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all sites including throughput, dwell time, cost per TEU, turnaround time, etc. Drive efficiency enhancement initiatives to improve capacity utilization and reduce operational costs, productivity improvement. Ensure achievement of volume and revenue targets through effective capacity planning and customer engagement. 3. Compliance & Safety Ensure complete compliance with customs, port, DGFT, and other statutory requirements. Drive adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across all facilities.
