Role Overview:
Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales activities from our Indore office.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting our solutions, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales and should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential customers through online research, databases, business directories, LinkedIn, references, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Tracknovate's products and services.




Generate new leads and create a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and proactive prospecting.
Understand prospects' business requirements and identify relevant opportunities.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, business potential, budget, and buying intent.
Explain product features, benefits, and solutions to prospective customers.
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with qualified prospects.
Conduct consistent follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
Negotiate with prospects and work toward successful deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the support and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
