MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another
quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), consulting,
or a related function.
* Experience executing full-cycle FP&A; functions including budgeting,
forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company
setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL. Demonstrated experience
leveraging AI tools/LLMs to automate workflows or enhance data analysis.
* Ability to take initiatives, navigate ambiguity and work in an unstructured
workplace.
* Distinctive problem-solving skills with a proven track record of building
complex financial models and identifying non-obvious trends in large
datasets.
* Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills; can craft and
deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
