Job Description:
Own the end to end technical relationship for a portfolio is largest and most
strategic merchants, often at C level or VP level engineering stakeholders.
Lead complex, multi-phase integration and optimization initiatives, including custom
implementations, platform migrations, and large scale upsell or cross sell efforts.
Serve as the executive level technical escalation point, resolving high stakes, high
visibility technical issues under time pressure.
Proactively identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts by deeply
understanding merchant architecture, roadmap, and business goals.
Partner with Product and R&D; leadership to influence roadmap based on strategic
merchant needs, and represent the voice of our biggest customers internally.
Build scalable frameworks, tooling, and best practices that can be applied across the
broader TAM organization, not just individual accounts.
Own quantifiable outcomes tied to strategic account health: reduced time to value,
expansion revenue enabled, escalation reduction, and merchant retention.
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer or
Solutions Architect roles, with direct experience supporting large, complex enterprise
customers.
Track record of owning strategic, high-revenue enterprise relationships end to end,
including navigating executive stakeholders on both the merchant and internal side.
Deep technical background, including hands on experience with SQL, API integrations,
log analysis, and reading source code at a level that allows independent technical
investigation without heavy engineering support.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder technical initiatives
from strategy through execution.
