We are hiring a Junior Design Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for an office-based design role. The
candidate will support engineering design, drafting, and documentation for projects involving MEP
basics, water calculations, STP/OWC design support, electrical load calculations, and ECBC study inputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and update AutoCAD drawings (plans, sections, basic details) as per internal guidance. Support the team in MEP service planning (basic electrical/mechanical layouts and coordination). Help in basic water calculations, Solid waste calculation and service sizing inputs using given formats/templates.
Assist in STP and OWC design support work like layouts, notes and calculation sheets (training/support will be provided). Design UG Tanks and Overhead Tanks. Prepare basic electrical load calculation sheets and update them as per project changes. Support ECBC documentation/drawing inputs needed for compliance work.
Use NBC basics while preparing drawings and service planning (as guided by seniors). Keep drawings organized: file naming, revisions, and documentation properly.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience (design/drafting preferred).
AutoCAD drafting proficiency (planning and sections).
Ability to prepare and interpret plans and sections for service coordination.
Understanding of NBC basics relevant to MEP/services.
Basic understanding of MEP systems (Electrical/Mechanical).
Working knowledge of Excel for calculations and trackers.
