About the Role
Backdropsource is launching a dedicated Affiliate Program — a performance-based channel where third-party publishers, bloggers, consultants, and YouTubers promote our products. We're hiring an Affiliate Program Manager to build this channel from the ground up: set it up on a real affiliate network, recruit publishers and referral partners who actually promote, and grow it into a consistent, meaningful revenue stream.

What You'll Own
• Identify industry benchmark for a commission rate that is competitive
• List the program on an affiliate network so publishers can discover us.
• Build a creative kit: banners, product feed, pre-written reviews, swipe emails, and individual tracking codes with our in-house design and content teams.




• Actively recruit affiliates across event consultants, agency blogs, church media, school and PTA sites, photography reviewers, and others. Identify right affiliate candidates basis their geography and line of work.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and margin/commission models.
• Manage ongoing affiliate relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes.

Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum 5 years in Affiliate Marketing or related field
• Negotiation and relationship management with external partners
• Hands-on experience with affiliate network / platform administration
• Tracking and attribution setup
• Margin and commission modelling
• Comfort coordinating creative work with designers and copywriters
