We are looking for a General Counsel/VP – Legal & Compliance to establish and lead the Group's global Legal & Compliance function.
This is a unique opportunity to join the executive leadership team and build the legal function from the ground up—shaping the organization's approach to commercial contracting, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, intellectual property, risk management, and strategic transactions.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on: someone who can advise the CEO and Board on complex matters while also building scalable processes, frameworks, and a high-performing legal organization.





The Prospect
As the Group's senior-most legal leader, you will be responsible for providing legal and strategic guidance across the business while building a scalable global legal infrastructure.
You will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and senior leadership team, as well as Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Security, and other functions.

Your key areas of ownership will include:
Commercial & Technology Law
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of enterprise SaaS and technology agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, licensing agreements, partnership and reseller agreements, and vendor contracts.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance.
Build scalable contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval frameworks, and legal workflows.
