Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Velachery, Chennai. The Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, and presenting suitable options to potential buyers and investors. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements,



and providing accurate information on properties, pricing, and market trends. The Sales Executive will prepare and follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and assist in closing transactions in line with company policies. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining updated records in CRM or sales trackers, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Customer relationship management skills, including active listening, client handling, and follow-up abilities.
Solid understanding of local real estate markets in Velachery and surrounding areas, or willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
