Job Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for fire-rated and non-fire-rated door systems across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
Present product solutions tailored to client needs, including steel flush doors, hollow metal press steel doors, and clean room doors
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in industrial or construction product sales, preferably in doors, building materials, or PEB systems
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with technical specifications and compliance standards (e.g., ISO certifications, fire safety norms)
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits
