For our Patna centre, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telemarketing & Admissions Executive who can engage prospective students and parents, understand their learning requirements, introduce them to Vikrant Academy's programs and convert qualified inquiries into demo sessions and admissions.
1. Lead Calling & Engagement
The candidate will contact prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls, introduce Vikrant Academy professionally, understand their interests and communicate relevant information about our courses, free demo sessions, counselling opportunities and admission process.
2. Lead Qualification
Every inquiry should be properly understood before being pursued. The executive will identify the student's education level, career goals, course interest, preferred batch timing, location and readiness to attend a counselling or demo session so that high-potential leads receive priority follow-up.
3. Demo Class Booking
One of the primary responsibilities will be converting interested prospects into scheduled demo-class visits. The executive should confidently explain the value of visiting Vikrant Academy and encourage students or parents to select a convenient date and time.
4. Admissions Conversion
The role is not limited to making calls. The executive will actively work toward converting inquiries and demo attendees into enrolled students by providing accurate course information, addressing common questions and maintaining consistent skilled follow-up.
5. Student & Parent Counselling
The candidate should be comfortable speaking with both stu
