Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for driving revenues.
Build Loyalty CLUB
System and process optimization and new process development.
High level of interpersonal relationship with Operations/ Finance/ Marketing/ Solutions & Technology and B&M; amongst other departments.
A keen eye to understand the P&L; of the First Citizen program understand CRM and take decisions that are astute and quick, resulting in sales. Must have experience in marketing and dealing with customers.
Must have a strong understanding of the B&M; Department and work closely with Brand Managers to ensure one-to-one customer relationship.
Generate Direct Marketing Income by liasoning with partners of GSSB.
Be a strong team leader with excellent leadership qualities to drive an internal team and the operations team.
Should be innovative in terms of increasing revenues and driving down costs.




Ability to train and motivate teams across the country to achieve preset goals and objectives.
Responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities in loyalty marketing.
Liaise with Analytics and Information Technology function to develop strategy and processes for leveraging the rich data asset and building insights on the loyalty drivers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
MBA in Marketing

Valuable communication skills, leadership, customer focus, problem solving skills, influential, business knowledge.

Preferred Industry
Direct marketing, loyalty, and customer insight experience, telecom, advertising /direct marketing agencies.
