About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our retail interior design and furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and market research.
Identify and approach potential clients in the retail and commercial interior segment.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.
Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, and proposals.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and regular follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Interior, Furniture, Retail, Construction, or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong lead-generation and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
