1. Role Summary
We are seeking MBA students specializing in Digital Marketing/Marketing to join as Digital Marketing Interns with a primary focus on LinkedIn campaigns. The intern will support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of LinkedIn-based branding and lead-generation activities, along with other digital marketing tasks, in a hybrid work model (3 days from office, 2 days from home).

2. Key Responsibilities
A. LinkedIn Campaign Management
Assist in planning and executing LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns to support brand awareness, hiring, and lead generation.
Help in creating, scheduling, and publishing posts (text, creatives, videos, carousels).
Coordinate with design/content teams to develop LinkedIn-specific creatives and copy.
Support campaign setup (audience selection, targeting, budgeting) under guidance, if using LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor and track performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, engagement, and leads.
B. Content & Social Media Support
Maintain and update content calendars for LinkedIn and other platforms (if required).




Draft post captions, hashtags, and basic copy aligned with brand tone.
Engage with audience (likes, comments, responses) as per guidelines.
C. Analytics & Reporting
Compile weekly and monthly LinkedIn performance reports and dashboards.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide basic insights.
Support preparation of presentations for internal reviews.
D. Digital Marketing Support (Beyond LinkedIn)
Assist in basic SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page checks) where required.
Support email campaigns, event promotions, or website updates related to LinkedIn initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis on LinkedIn and other digital channels to identify best practices.
E. Coordination & Branding
Ensure all LinkedIn and digital assets comply with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with HR, Sales, or other departments for campaign inputs (e.g., recruitment posts, thought leadership content).
