Job Purpose

This role is critical in driving business growth across South & West India. The incumbent

will focus on current customer acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and

contributing significantly to revenue growth aligned with the organization’s 5X growth

strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Business Excellence

 Develop short- and long-term business strategies for South & West regions.

 Drive positioning of the organization as a trusted automotive component partner.

 Monitor financial performance and optimize resources to achieve P&L; targets.





 Ensure competitive pricing through detailed product costing.

 Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business case preparation.

Business Development

 Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities.

 Identify and develop new markets beyond current OEM segments.

 Drive lead generation through marketing activities such as visits, exhibitions, and digital

outreach.

 Track market trends, new vehicle launches, and competitor strategies.

 Manage RFQs, quotations, and end-to-end customer acquisition processes.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

 Ensure timely order closure and revenue realization.

 Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders and customers.

Sales Administration

 Ensure efficient supply chain coordination for business continuity.

 Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

 Coordinate pricing, cost set
