We are sharing a specialised full-time consulting opportunity for experienced fraud and risk professionals with strong backgrounds in investigation, data analysis, anomaly detection, and trust and safety operations. This onsite role focuses on protecting a high-traffic consumer platform from fraudulent, deceptive, and manipulative activity involving content and reviews. Selected professionals will investigate complex abuse patterns, combine evidence from multiple data sources, identify root causes, and present well-supported findings that help product, engineering, policy, and operations teams strengthen detection and enforcement systems. Key Responsibilities Fraud & Abuse Investigations Investigate ambiguous fraud and platform-abuse cases from initial detection through final resolution Analyse suspicious content, reviews, transactions, behavioural signals, and account activity Identify emerging manipulation techniques, coordinated activity,



and evolving abuse patterns Develop evidence-based conclusions that prioritise platform integrity and user trust Data Analysis & Detection Combine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to trace deceptive activity Use SQL and Python to identify anomalies, trends, relationships, and suspicious behaviour Build summary statistics and analytical models that convert raw data into actionable findings Support the design and evaluation of new fraud-detection experiments Case Documentation & Reporting Produce thorough case write-ups supported by clear evidence and analytical reasoning Maintain detailed observation notes throughout investigations Translate complex policy and technical concepts into transparent, accessible language Present findings, risks, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, engineering, operations, policy, and trust and safety teams Help stakeholders understand root causes, exposure, and potential mitigation strategies Contribute specialised knowled
