Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic Leadership & School Management Develop and implement the School Development Plan and academic strategy. Set ambitious goals for student achievement and drive continuous improvement. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance school culture. Lead and manage the school team, ensuring accountability and professional growth.



Drive student enrollment and strengthen community participation. Build and maintain solid relationships with parents, local leaders, and education stakeholders. 2. Instructional Coaching & Teacher Development Support teachers in setting student learning goals and improving classroom practice. Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback. Facilitate professional development sessions and coaching cycles. Monitor student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions.
