Key Responsibilities Grow Story Weaver's ecosystem of partners, contributors, and users to advance its mission of expanding access to multilingual reading resources. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of Story Weaver, ensuring smooth coordination across partnerships, community initiatives, platform activities, campaigns, reporting, and internal & external stakeholders. Build strategic relationships with NGOs, Governments, educational institutions, language organisations, universities, library networks, and other ecosystem actors. Drive adoption and meaningful use of Story Weaver through partnerships,



community engagement, and team-oriented initiatives. Identify opportunities for co-creation, language scaling, language preservation, and ecosystem growth. Cultivate and support communities of translators, educators, authors, illustrators, reading champions, and other contributors, helping strengthen community participation and leadership. Bring user, partner, and community insights into program, product, and platform discussions to help shape future priorities and improvements. Monitor platform, partnership, community, and programme metrics to assess performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making. Generate and share evidence, stories, and insights through case studies, presentations, reports, and other knowledge products.
