Role Summary We are seeking an entrepreneurial and high-energy Associate Partner to lead business development (BD) for small and mid-sized consulting projects. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutioning-heavy environment and enjoys converting opportunities into long-term client value. This is a high-ownership role with direct revenue responsibility and the opportunity to build a quick-moving pipeline of high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market and Lead Development - Identify priority segments for business growth. - Build and manage a qualified BD pipeline through outreach and ecosystem connects. 2. Sales and Solutioning - Own end-to-end sales for projects from pitch to closure. - Convert client needs into modular formats and proposals. 3.
