It's an exciting project, and were looking for a Technical Manager to lead the charge What You'll Do As our Technical Manager , youll take ownership of the entire tech side of the marketplace project — guiding the dev team, planning and executing the roadmap, and ensuring a smooth, secure, and scalable platform. Your Day-to-Day: Lead the Team :



Manage web developers and IT staff through all stages – design, development, testing, and deployment. Own the Project : Oversee the C2C marketplace development to ensure its delivered on time and aligned with business needs. Architect Smart Solutions : Use your skills in PHP, Magento, Laravel, and MySQL to create scalable backend systems. Collaborate with Frontend Devs : Work closely with Vue 3 & NuxtJS experts to deliver a clean and powerful user experience. Cloud Savvy : Leverage AWS / Azure to ensure top-notch performance and scalability. CI/CD & DevOps : Streamline development workflows for fast and safe releases. Prioritize Security : Implement best practices to keep the platform and data secure. Align with Business Goals : Collaborate across departments to ensure tech supports business strategy.
