customers. Job Description: We are currently seeking highly
motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as
Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible
for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and providing
efficient and friendly service at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in passengers at the airport - Assisting
passengers with their baggage and directing them to their
designated gates - Conducting security checks and screening
procedures - Providing information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Handling
and resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional
manner - Coordinating with other team members and departments to
ensure smooth operations - Maintaining cleanliness and organization




of the airport terminal - Assisting passengers with special needs
or disabilities - Ensuring compliance with all safety and security
regulations - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all
times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work
adaptable schedules, including weekends and holidays - Must be able
to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or
hospitality is preferred - Experience working in an airport or
