The role ensures effective execution of strategic initiatives, program implementation, financial management, compliance, and overall organizational growth. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with the Founders, Board members, and Program Heads to drive the mission and impact of the organization while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Leadership Develop and implement operational strategies to support the organization's mission and long-term goals. Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives. Work closely with the Founders and Senior Leadership team to develop organizational policies and strategic plans. Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to measure organizational success. 2.
