Role Overview The Creative Head will own the brand's visual identity and creative direction across all consumer touch points. This is a senior leadership role for a design-first leader: someone whose instinct is visual, whose thinking is systemic, and whose execution is meticulous. The ideal candidate is a designer at heart who has grown into a creative leader, someone who can set the visual language of a brand, manage multi-disciplinary creative teams,



and translate business goals into compelling design-led work. You will report to the Marketing Head and work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams. Job Description Visual Identity and Brand Direction Own and evolve the brand's visual language across digital, physical, and retail touch points. Establish design standards that ensure consistency and distinctiveness at every consumer interaction. Build scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and creative templates for the team. Campaign and Creative Execution Lead creative development for 360 degree campaigns across performance, social, launches, and shoots. Translate positioning into visually sharp, emotionally resonant executions that convert. Maintain quality and design integrity across high-volume asset production. Design-Led Creative Oversight Run an in-house creative function with boutique design quality and D2C velocity. Review and sign off on all creative output
