About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and self-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to help expand our presence in hospitals, healthcare systems, distributors, and strategic partner organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, demonstrating innovative medical technology, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.
You will represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and clinical demonstrations while working closely with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and support successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, distributors, and channel partners.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for clinicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare executives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and clinical stakeholders.




- Travel extensively to customer sites, conferences, exhibitions, and partner meetings across India.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular updates on opportunities and forecasts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate product evaluations, pilot implementations, and customer onboarding.
- Work closely with clinical, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful customer deployments.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvements and competitive positioning.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, workshops, and healthcare conferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
