Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Influencer Management Executive to manage TukTuki’s influencer partnerships from identification and outreach through negotiation, campaign execution and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate should understand the creator ecosystem, be confident in negotiating collaborations and have strong campaign coordination skills. This role will work closely with marketing, content, social media, sales and production teams to ensure influencer campaigns are delivered on time and contribute to downloads, reach and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across Nano, Micro, Mid-tier, Macro and Celebrity categories based on campaign requirements.
- Conduct influencer outreach, pitch collaboration opportunities and maintain regular communication with creators and talent managers.
- Evaluate influencers for audience quality, content relevance, engagement, authenticity, brand fit and potential conflicts.
- Negotiate commercials, content deliverables, posting timelines, usage rights and campaign terms.
- Coordinate contracts and ensure all agreements clearly mention deliverables, timelines and make-valuable provisions for any shortfall.
- Manage influencer onboarding and communicate campaign briefs, content guidelines, brand requirements and approval processes.
