ABOUT THE ROLE Location: South India KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support business development activities to identify and evaluate new management opportunities under the guidance of the Business Development Director. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations, and support the negotiation and finalisation of management agreements. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential leads and recent business opportunities in the Indian market. Assist in conducting basic financial feasibility studies and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, consultants, designers, architects, and governmental entities.
