About The Ability People (TAP): The Ability People (TAP) is a registered non-profit organization, community-based organization (CBO), and Disabled People's Organization (DPO) headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
For over 19 years, TAP has been working in disability inclusion, rehabilitation, road safety, assistive technology, independent living, and community-based rehabilitation. Through its flagship Ability Rehabilitation Center (ARC), TAP provides rehabilitation and support services for persons with spinal cord injuries, amputations, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, stroke, and other disabling conditions.
Founded and led by persons with disabilities, TAP promotes dignity,



rights, accessibility, inclusion, and social justice while collaborating with government agencies, healthcare institutions, NGOs, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.
Position Summary: The Inclusive Executive / Inclusive Senior Executive (ISPM) will play a key role in planning, implementing, monitoring, and strengthening disability-inclusive programs and rehabilitation initiatives across Andhra Pradesh.
The position requires a dynamic skilled capable of managing field operations, coordinating stakeholders, supporting fundraising and donor reporting, monitoring project outcomes, and ensuring quality service delivery through community and center-based programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with program teams, rehabilitation professionals, government departments, donors, and community partners to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.
