Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Academic Advisor) who can counsel prospective students, convert leads into enrollments, and build strong relationships with aspiring learners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities




- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students on certification programs and career opportunities.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Perform cold calling and lead generation activities to drive admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for demo sessions.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.
