· Position: Electrical Design Engineer-SPM & Industrial Automation · Department: - Process Automation · Experience: 4 -7 years · Education: Diploma in E &T; C / Electrical · Working Days: -5 days a week Job Description: - Responsibilities : · Develop PLC, HMI/MMI, SCADA, AI Vision, and IoT-based automation applications. · Integrate robots, vision systems, RFID, sensors, AI cameras, servo systems, VFDs, and PLCs. · Perform panel wiring, machine wiring, power wiring, panel mounting, and machine commissioning. · Conduct testing, troubleshooting, machine trials, and real-time machine feedback implementation. · Prepare engineering and technical documentation including electrical schematics, control schematics, panel layouts, GA drawings, loop diagrams, machine manuals, and maintenance manuals. Competencies :



· HMI/MMI and SCADA programming. · PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Pro-face, Keyence). · IIoT monitoring systems and industrial automation technologies. · Advanced communication protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, RS232/485, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, CC-Link. · Electrical wiring, panel design, schematic reading, and industrial control systems. · Knowledge of servo drives, VFDs, RFID systems, and machine interfacing. · Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and instruments (Multimeter, Wire Strippers, Ferrule Printing Machine, etc.).
