Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution
Architect with strong expertise in Field Service Operations (FSO)
and Dispute Management functionality. The ideal candidate should
have hands-on architecture and design experience on the ServiceNow
platform and should also have 4–5 years of prior experience as a
Tech Lead managing ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on FSO
(Field Service Operations). Implement and optimize Dispute
Management functionality within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Lead
solution design discussions with business stakeholders and
translate requirements into scalable architecture. Provide
technical leadership and governance across ServiceNow development
teams. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow platform architecture,
