What You’ll Be Doing:

Revenue & Business Growth
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partner channels, networking, and industry events.




- Drive current customer acquisition while expanding business within existing strategic accounts.

Enterprise Sales
- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance, Lending Platforms, Wealth Management firms, and Financial Institutions.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting, discovery, solution consulting, proposal creation, commercial negotiations, legal coordination, and deal closure.
- Build consultative relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Product Leaders, Digital Transformation teams, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Innovation teams.

Strategic Account Management
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, renewals, and long-term account growth.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the customer portfolio.
