Role: Assistant Manager - Fundraising & Partnerships, Delhi Experience: 3-6 years Salary: Up to 13 LPA Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Fundraising , you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our portfolio of high-impact financial partnerships. You will support fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality proposal development and reporting. This role requires robust ownership, proactive coordination across teams, and close collaboration with senior leadership to sustain relationships with corporates, international foundations, and multilateral agencies. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Fundraising Strategy & Business Development Support the implementation of the fundraising strategy across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional donors. Identify and pursue new domestic and international funding opportunities. Monitor donor portals, track relevant grant opportunities, and contribute to pipeline development. Support proactive partnership cultivation, outreach planning, partner mapping, and strategic follow-ups.



Support account stewardship with a focus on long-term relationship building and renewals. 2. Proposal Development & Reporting Lead coordination for the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes, presentations, and donor reports. Ensure proposals are well-structured, accurately budgeted, and aligned with donor priorities. Coordinate inputs from program, communications, and finance teams to ensure timely submissions. Support the development of partner review materials, including donor decks, quarterly review packs, and leadership-ready summaries. 3. Donor Relationship Management Manage ongoing engagement with assigned donors through meetings, review calls, field visits, and volunteering initiatives.
