Job Summary The Head – Finance will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, costing, audits, statutory compliance, MIS, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;). The role requires a commercially focused finance leader who can partner with the leadership team to drive profitability, optimize costs, and support business expansion. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, and business performance reviews. Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions and business growth. Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash flow. Financial Accounting & Reporting Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Review balance sheets, profit & loss statements,



cash flow statements, and financial dashboards. Present financial performance and business insights to senior management. Costing & Manufacturing Finance Lead product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, overhead allocation, and profitability by product line. Partner with Operations to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. Establish financial controls across procurement, production, warehousing, and inventory management. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor budget utilization. Conduct financial analysis, profitability analysis, and business performance reviews. Develop financial models for current projects, capital investments, and expansion initiatives.
