Role OverviewAs the Assistant Training & Placement Officer , you will play a key role in planning and executing internship and campus placement activities while supporting students throughout the recruitment process.



Working closely with the Placement Office, faculty, and students, you will help ensure a smooth placement process and contribute to improving student employability.

Key Responsibilities· Coordinate internship and campus placement activities.
· Organise training programmes, workshops, mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and career readiness initiatives.
· Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, professional communication, and career development.
· Coordinate recruitment schedules, interview logistics, and communication with students.
· Maintain placement records, student databases, reports, and recruitment documentation.
· Support the day-to-day operations of the Placement Office and assist with other placement-related activities as required.
